These website terms are general. Project-specific scope, fees, payment, milestones, cancellation, support and ownership will be set out in a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

1. Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Appesites Pty Ltd (Appesites, we, us or our). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to request paid services through the website.

2. Website information, estimates and audits

Website content is provided for general information. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but it may not reflect every circumstance or the latest information.

Prices, ranges, timelines, recommendations and audit results shown on the website are indicative only. Audits rely on public and third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable. They are not professional legal, financial or regulatory advice and are not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, revenue or other results.

3. Requesting services

Submitting a form, building an estimate or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a service contract or require either party to proceed. A service contract begins only when the parties accept a written proposal, statement of work or other agreement.

If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails for that project.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to have authority to provide any business or project information you submit.

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person's rights;
  • submit malicious code, confidential information you are not authorised to share, or unlawful content;
  • interfere with the website, bypass security or usage limits, or attempt unauthorised access; or
  • use automated tools to overload, copy or extract the website or its content without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content—including text, branding, designs, graphics, code and tools—are owned by or licensed to Appesites and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for your own lawful business evaluation. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, sell or commercially exploit a substantial part of it without our written permission. Ownership and licensing of work created for a client will be governed by the relevant project agreement.

6. Third-party links and services

The website may use or link to third-party platforms, data and services. Those providers control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean we endorse every statement or service they provide.

7. Website availability and security

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or features at any time. We take reasonable care in operating the website, but do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, secure or free from harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate device, network and security protections.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, consumer guarantee, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Any limitations in these terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your rights in relation to paid services may also be set out in the relevant project agreement.

9. Liability for website use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appesites is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, or reliance on, the general information or automated tools on this website. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability under applicable consumer guarantees.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the website or collected when we provide our services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, our practices or applicable laws change. The current version will be published here with its effective date. Your continued use after an update means the new terms apply from that time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Appesites submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
